Sorry dear Time Resistance team! I'm a regular customer, my duffel bag, that I purchased before, was 10/10. This time, I already noticed issues after 2 days of using the bag:

- Removed piece of leather
- Scratch, that I think was there before
- Stain, that is not removable by hand

Unfortunately by that time I have already used a bag, so not sure if return applies. Guys, I encourage you to take a close look at the stiches and everything. Time Resistance products are great, but this time it was not a lucky purchase...

Now every day I look at the piece of leather that has fallen off, and I think - god, now I need extra 180 eur to buy another bag, it is displayed at the facing side and is really annoying
