work briefcase

excellent briefcase; really well constructed. only two changes i would have made. one is a slot with pen holders and the other is the strap. The stap is not comfortable because it doesn't have an added shoulder cushion. otherwise, this is a top notch bag. i would give it a rating of 4.5
